Is there an annual plan?
Not yet. Monthly only. When we have the data to size an annual discount honestly, we'll add one.
What happens if I exceed my rate limit?
Requests beyond the per-second ceiling get rejected with a clear error code. The rate limit is the only ceiling. There is no monthly cap, no overage billing, no bill shock.
How do seats work on Troop and Apex?
One shared pool per account. Buy the seats you need first, then decide whether each one holds a person or an access token when you assign it. A user invited to multiple troops in the same account costs one seat, not several.
Can I downgrade from Troop or Apex?
Yes. Custom troops freeze on day zero, become writable again if you re-upgrade within 30 days, and are permanently deleted on day 30 along with their site keys. Your personal team is untouched.
Where is my data stored?
State-bearing data (database, transactional email) lives in EU regions. The runtime worker runs on Cloudflare's global edge so verification stays fast. Visitor IPs are not forwarded past the worker boundary.
How do I upgrade after signing up?
From inside the dashboard. No sales contact required, no checkout dance on the marketing site. Pick the tier you need, billing handles the rest.
